Categories of Fellowship Award
Honorary Fellowship, designated as FRMA (Hons.)
Honorary Fellowship is conferred upon any individual who has shown outstanding and noteworthy achievement as a scholar and exemplar of RMSA’s mission in sustainability and social responsibility fields.
Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, in exceptional circumstances, RMSA may invite distinguished scholars to become Honorary Fellowship members.
Doctoral Fellowship, designated as DRMA
Doctoral Fellowship is conferred upon any individual who holds a doctoral degree from a recognized educational institution, and through initial research achievement in sustainability and social responsibility fields, OR
Any individual who holds a master’s degree or fellowship from a recognized education institution, with at least 25 years of work and professional experience, including conference presentations and scholarly publication in sustainability and social responsibility fields.
Professional Fellowship, designated as FRMA
Professional Fellowship is conferred upon any individual who holds a master’s degree from a recognized educational institution, with at least 5 years of work and professional experience in sustainability and social responsibility fields; OR
Any individual who holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of work and professional experience in sustainability and social responsibility fields; OR
Any individual who has at least 20 years of work and professional experience in sustainability and social responsibility with 5 years at, or close to executive board level; OR
Any individual who has at least 20 years of work and professional experience in management consultancy with at least 5 years as a senior consultant, working in the field of sustainability or social responsibility.
