Fellowship Award for Sustainability Leaders

The Fellowship Award of RMSA is regarded as an honor, which recognizes exceptional achievement and outstanding contributions of an individual in the field of sustainability and social responsibility.

For a contribution to be outstanding, it involves knowledge dissemination, which can be achieved through conferences, workshops, research, publications, teaching and public services.

Election to a Fellowship involves substantial review by the Fellowship Committee before a decision is reached. In order to be eligible, a basic set of requirements needs to be met to which are subject to routine checks. It is the nature of the Fellowship Award that each case is examined carefully, to which the decision making process may take some time, as applications may take up to three months to complete and process.

Nominations are made to the Fellowship Committee by Council members and are approved by the Board of Directors. Successful nominees will be required to fill in the application forms together with supporting evidence of outstanding contribution.
