Mandatory Requirements

There are three mandatory requirements for a Charter signatory.

• Reporting Requirement

Each signatory is required to report on the critical set of ESG performance measures publicly at the international level within 2 years after signatory.

• Annual Fee

All signatories must pay an annual fee based on their signatory categories. It should be noted that the signatory fee is waived for the category of Network Supporter.

• Signature Requirement

The application form must be signed by the CEO to demonstrate CEO-level commitment to the Global Charter. Only one signed copy of the Charter will be requested from each global company. The global CEO will sign on behalf of the worldwide business operations.
