Signatory Categories

Public-listed Company – A company with securities owned and traded by the general public through the public capital market.

Privately-owned Company –  A company owned by one or more individuals where the shares are not traded on the public capital market.

Non-profit Organization – An organization chartered for other than profit-making activities, and its main purpose isn’t making money for its owners, including government agencies, educational institutions, social enterprises and charity bodies.

Professional Service Partner – An organization that offers professional services to clients and intends to provide and promote services that support the Global Charter over time.

Network Supporter – A non-profit organization that would like to build partnership with RMSA and publicly express support for the Responsibilecompany^® Global Charter.
